When should I expect my order?

Our products are shipped from our trusted manufacturers who are based in the UK, EU, and Asia. Your order can from any of these factories, which is why our delivery times can be 10-20 business days.

How can I cancel an order I made a few days ago?

You have up to 1hour after placing an order to cancel. After this the order goes into our international system and cannot be recalled. You will have to wait until your order is delivered then contact us - hello@caprigold.co.uk - to return the item.

How can I make a return?

You have 14 days after receiving your order to make a return. Email us at: hello@caprigold.co.uk for a return request. Once your request is granted, you will post the item to our UK office. Return postage costs are borne by the customer. Products must be in the same condition as received to be accepted. Once the 14day mark expires and we have not received the item, your return request will no longer be accepted. 

Why have I only received half of the items I ordered?

Due to the varied locations of our products and varied shipping times, it's possible that you may receive items separately (usually only within a few days of each other). Increasingly high shipping rates also play a part meaning heavier items may be split into more than one package and can also therefore arrive at different times. We do this so that we can keep the shipping rates as low as possible for our customers.

Why won't the discount codes work at checkout during a sale?

The discount codes cannot be used on sale items. Once the sale is over, the discount codes will automatically start working again.

 

How do I purchase a gift card?

We have a range of gift cards available under the 'gift cards' tab in the main menu.
